History Made Easy: Richmond Region Overview

PROGRAM INFORMATION
History Made Easy: Richmond Region Overview is a FREE program offered by the Richmond Metropolitan Convention & Visitors Bureau, designed to enhance the visitor experience by educating the Richmond Region's hospitality industry. Participants will become more knowledgeable about the Region's assets through both the program's classroom component and familiarization tour.

Part one of the program consists of a classroom session where participants will learn about the importance of tourism and the state of the Richmond Region's tourism industry. Armed with their tool kit, participants will put the knowledge and skills learned in class to test by working through realistic visitor scenarios.

In part two of the program, participants will have a first-hand look at the Region's attractions during the History Made Easy familiarization tour.

Each class is limited to four people per organization. A $15 fee will be charged if you register and do not attend.
