History Made Easy: Richmond Region Overview

RMCVB's new teaching program, History Made Easy: Richmond Region Overview, is a free course designed to help the Region's front-line tourism professionals deliver a world-class service experience for our visitors. Participants will learn to deliver a higher level of hospitality, develop extensive knowledge about the Region's tourism assets, and demonstrate real passion for the destination. The course will consist of a classroom session where participants will receive an overview of the Region and learn to use key features of VisitRichmondVa.com to assist travelers.

Part two of the course is a History Made Easy Familiarization Tour that will take participants to attractions and iconic venues throughout the Region.
