RMCVB Foundation Information

The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) entity organized to conduct and support activities which promote the advancement and further the charitable and educational activities within the purpose of the Richmond Metropolitan Convention & Visitors Bureau. Specific planned activities include hosting a speaker's bureau, as well as a series of educational seminars. The Foundation plans to invite speakers to address members of the community regarding the state of the tourism industry through the speaker's bureau. Similarly the Foundation's educational seminars will be open to the community and will cover topics related to the tourism industry, such as customer service.

Financial support for the Foundation comes from the Foundation's annual golf tournament, as well as individual and corporate contributions and gifts.
