"America's Best Ham" kick-off dinner
(Bar opens at 6; dinner at 7 p.m.) at Southern Season with The Shack's Ian Boden, Edwards Ham, Cory Chaney and Diane Flynt. J. Sargeant Reynolds culinary arts students will be the beneficiaries through a fund at J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College Educational Foundation. Menu.
Taste & Sea dinner
We Heart Pork dinner
6:30 p.m. with Bill Smith and Jason Alley at Pasture. Buy Tickets
Legs & Eggs
11 a.m. at Rappahannock Jason Tesauro of Barboursville Vineyards will showcase caviar preparations, domestic and imported, paired with sparkling wines. You won't mind if Dylan Fultineer of Rappahannock throws in some oysters, too?!?
A Day of the Dead dinner
(seatings at 5:30 and 8 p.m.) at Saison with tequila master maker, German Gonzalez and Adam Hall. Menu.
