The Richmond Mural Project is back for another year thanks to Art Whino and RVA Mag, so keep an eye out for artists all weekend brightening up and arting up walls all over RVA. Here's your RVA Weekend: Art Whino + Beer Tasting:
When: Thursday 5 - 10 p.m. Where: Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden What? Relax on Thursday evenings throughout summer at Flowers After 5. Stroll through the gardens; enjoy live music, wine and beer, dining and shopping. WaterPlay in the Children’s Garden is open until 8 p.m. during Flowers After 5 (weather permitting).
When: Friday through Sunday Where: Greater Richmond Convention Center What? The 2nd Capital Ale House National Beer Expo (NBE), in partnership with All About Beer Magazine, the nation's premier craft beer magazine for craft beer enthusiasts, is a national destination craft beer and food event, which offers an extraordinary opportunity to taste hundreds of artisan-made craft beers from Virginia and the U.S. From July 16-18 breweries and brewmasters from across the country will gather in Richmond to showcase over 200 of today's best craft beers. Over a dozen events will give attendees numerous opportunities to taste craft beer while enjoying Richmond's culinary, brewing, and cultural excellence.

When: Saturday 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. Where: Maggie L. Walker National Historic Site What? To celebrate the 151st birthday of Maggie L. Walker, on Saturday, July 18, 2015, the National Park Service will host a series of programs, activities and exhibits commemorating the legacy of Maggie Walker and the spirit of community activism she inspired.
