Friday Cheers on Brown's Island

When: Friday 6-9:30 p.m. Where: Brown's Island What? It's the last Friday Cheers of the season with Wood Brothers and Son Little. Cost $10.

When: Friday 7:05 p.m. Where: The Diamond What? The first 1000 fans 15 & older will receive a free t-shirt courtesy of Coke Zero. There will be Happy Hour an Ladies Night specials, the girl scouts will also be having a sleepover postgame. Gates open at 5:30PM




5th Annual Arts and Culture Xpo

When: Saturday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Where: Greater Richmond Convention Center What? The Arts and Culture Xpo is a signature annual event presented by CultureWorks that showcases the Richmond region’s arts and culture. It is a gathering for Cultural Shareholders – anyone who recognizes and values arts and culture for great communities! The Xpo is an explosion of the arts, history, science, and family fun for the Richmond Region – all under one roof on one day.



River City Rollergirls vs. Rocktown Rollers

When: Saturday 5-8 p.m. Where: Greater Richmond Convention Center What? Spring is a lovely time when flowers begin to bloom, birds begin to fill the air with their cheerful song, and the River City Rollergirls begin to pummel opponents into the ground. On May 17, RCR celebrates the season with "Spring Fling," an intrastate battle with the Charlottesville Derby Dames to determine which team's players get the right away at stop signs.
