A Ramadan Room of Her Own: A Sacred Space Experience

Chromophore Artspace commemorates the intersection of Ramadan and Women’s History Month during the month of March. A portion of the gallery will be transformed into a sacred space for prayer, meditation, and wellness offerings, and featuring works from founder and artist Ayah Davis-Karim. Guests are invited to remove their shoes, relax on floor pillows, observe/partake in the breaking of the fast on certain days, sound bowl and meditation sessions, all while interacting with the artist and her work.
