An Evening with Local Author Howard Owen

Please join the West End Branch Library to welcome local author Howard Owen for a discussion of his writing. He will introduce readers to the protagonist Willie Black, a central figure in his series of mysteries set in RVA. Questions from the audience will follow the presentation. Fountain Bookstore will provide copies of Howard Owen's books for purchase and signing.
