Twenty-one artists come together to explore themes of unity and human interconnections interpreted through an immersion in the color blue. The show is inspired by the Bluecoup Project that proposes a new worldwide symbol - a sky-blue streamer to be flown anywhere from flagpoles to front porches. Bluecoup's ribbon of blue is a simple reminder with a simple but powerful message: we are all connected - humankind is a family and Earth is our home.

"Inside Story" multi-media installation
Nine artists transform artspace's smallspace gallery with a makeover that plays with the idea that we wear our individual life stories like garments that show the world who we are. Everyone's story is unique. It's the differences that set us apart and sometimes divide us if we forget that beneath the robes we wear, we are all the same.
Our collective inside story is the human story. Beneath the terrycloth or seersucker, the cotton or the polyester, or the cotton/polyester blend, we share the same human qualities and frailties. Humankind - living out our story, creating our futures along with all living creatures on this exquisite planet Earth; our nourishment and our home.
