The Chef's Table Wine Dinner will be held at 7pm. The price is $65 per person, which includes taxes and gratuities, along with the elegant six-course menu below:

1st Course - Champagne

Safron & Perorino Romano Arancini

2nd Course - Sauvignon Blanc

Cantaloupe Mint Bisque with Creme Fraiche

3rd Course - Chardonnay

Prosciutto Wrapped Monkfish, Potato Leak Puree, Chive Oil

4th Course - Pinot Noir

Pan Seared Duck Breast, Grilled Peaches, Fried Squash Blossom

5th Course - Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc

Espresso Rubbed Tenderloin, Roasted Root Vegetables, Sauteed Arugula, Mocha Demi-Glace

6th Course - Zinfandel

Angel Food Cake, Strawberry Basil Jam, Chantilly Cream, Micro Mint
