Fine Creek will be releasing their Oud Bruin - Sour Brown Ale Aged in Red Wine Barrels. This sour brown ale was fermented with a mixed culture for over a year before spending another couple months conditioning in the bottle. Dark caramel and chocolate notes from the brown base mix with complex acidity and fruitiness from the fermentation to create a beer reminiscent of a tootsie pop with a touch of oak. The Sour Brown will also be on draught. Fine Creek will also have a full food menu for the weekend, full food and draught list is kept current on their website. Damian Allen will be playing in the taproom from 4:30-7:30.
