We will meet at 3:30pm at the Quirk Hotel for meet and greet and to gather up our bikes and gear for our SUP yoga. Your SUP gear will be packed into the shuttle vehicle which will meet you at the boat ramp later. Then off to the awesome JRPS trails we go. There is everything from beginner to advanced singletrack so according to the skill level of our group we will shred away to our hearts content on the appropriate trails until 6pm. The sky is the limit. At 6pm we will arrive at the boat ramp at Brown's Island, have some snacks and get ready for our SUP Yoga on the James! With our paddleboard guides, we will drop anchor in a beautiful calm location and you’ll learn the basics of Paddleboarding techniques and explore yoga positions while also experiencing the fun and relaxation of being on the river.
