What: A sixty minute Laughter Yoga sessions that guides participants into prolonged voluntary laughter utilizing Yogic breathing, Laughter Exercises, and childlike playfulness.

When: Wednesday, September 29 – 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm. Then, again on Wednesday October 27, 2:00 - 3:00 PM
Dress: Wear comfortable clothing. Some people wear yoga clothing while others dress in jeans, shorts and t-shirts.
COVID Protocols: Limited to 14 participants. Mask required. Pre-registration suggested.
