Panduté - Realist, Abstractionist, and Creative Macro Maniac Opening Reception

Panduté is a Lithuanian word meaning “a little panda”. It’s the nickname Ausra Huntington chose as a brand for her photography. This fine art photography exhibit, featuring abstract images of the natural and human made world, is meant to introduce Panduté Photography and benefit Pandas International.

Huntington considers herself as a realist. She doesn’t like to spend much time on manipulations and post-processing photos on the computer. Instead, she practices creative seeing and strives to capture the reality from the different perspective, producing images which inspire imagination and curiosity. Ausra is on a constant hunt for surreal views of close-up/macro shots, and that perfect image of abstract macro reality that makes you wonder.

This exhibit will be in the Centre Gallery, East At Art Works Inc., Richmond VA.

The Opening reception coincides with Art Works’ 4th Friday Gallery opening night on May 25th. The photography show itself will last through June 16.

It's a public and family friendly event with free admission.
