RVA Splash & Dash Series

About Splash & Dash – Splash & Dash is a USA Triathlon national series that provides a fun, safe introduction to multisport. All ages 17 and under encouraged to participate.

The Series – The RVA Splash & Dash Series is a series of races of the same swim-run distance at varying locations. The 2022 series will feature qualifying races at a variety of pools every weekend from June 4 to July 17 with a large Grand Finale race on July 24. To get a qualifying event at your pool, contact us. Race venues and dates will be added below as finalized.

A Great Cause – These events help fund free fitness programs which teach core life skills to children in low-opportunity neighborhoods.
