Summer Family Fest

Join the Jacob's Chance family for Summer Family Fest 2022! The festival will take place at Three Lakes Park near the playground. Enjoy great music, fun, snacks, activity booths, an egg hunt, and even live performances and family relays! All ages welcome - bring the whole family! Jacob's Chance enriches lives by empowering individuals 5-35 years old with developmental, intellectual, and/or physical disabilities through inclusive programs that promote personal development and positive relationships.
