What started as a Saturday-only Pizza Bones special soon took on a life of its own. On the quest to bake the perfect bagel (crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, medium chew), the team quickly realized Richmond’s love for bagels was too big to satisfy on Saturday mornings alone!
