Monique comes from a French family and being around these relatives provided many opportunities to eat and prepare crêpes and their savory cousin, the galette. To ensure your enjoyment of authentic crêpes, she travelled to Brittany, France, the birthplace of crêpes, where and obtained training and certification from a crêpe making school.
