Pricey but worth it! With a mid-week 25% discount the rooms were only about $131 including tax. This comes with afternoon tea with great pastries and a great breakfast buffet with table service (which they advertise as simply a continental breakfast). The rate also included use of the boats (we used the canoes) on the river and the unheated pool. The grounds, especially the grounds surrounding the mansion are spectacular. Far better views than what could be found at the big-chain hotels and motels nearby. The rooms are basically quaintly furnished motel rooms with English countryside charm. The bathrooms could use a bit updating and I would have preferred 2 queen beds vs. 2 full beds but the rooms were comfortable and a good value. The rooms were equipped with a mini-refrigerator.
