First Tee - Greater Richmond assumed operation of the course in 2020 and oversaw a comprehensive redesign and renovation led by Love Golf Design.
Belmont now features 12 championship holes restored to A.W. Tillinghast's 1917 design, a 6-hole par 3 course of Tillinghast template holes, an 18-hole putting course - Virginia's largest, and a full practice facility.
