Michaela's Quality Bake Shop

The owner, Michael Hatcher, has been baking for over 40 years, since his start at Thalhimer’s as a teenager. Throughout the years he has striven to preserve the original taste and quality of the Thalhimer’s Tradition as well as create and refine his recipes for Southern baked goods like our popular strawberry shortcakes, lemon chess pies, and rich buttery pound cakes.
