The Perkinson Center for the Arts and Education is a performing and visual arts center that provides and promotes cultural arts opportunities within our community. Managed by the Chesterfield Cultural Arts Foundation, the Perkinson Center seeks to improve lives and expand horizons by providing an inclusive, equitable, and welcoming space where all members of our community are encouraged to create, explore, and access cultural arts. The Perkinson Center changes lives for the better by bringing cultural arts and community together – bringing the power of art to all.

ADA accessible Parking
The parking area offers 8 designated accessible parking spaces in the lot adjacent to the Center behind the Chester Library, available on a first come, first served basis. Entrance to the parking lot is available off Centre Street. A drop-off and loading zone is located adjacent to the parking lot, please do not use Centre Street as a loading zone.
The primary ADA accessible entrance to the Perkinson Center is located on the west side of the building, facing the parking area. Follow accessibility signage for entrance to the center. Ramps are available on the West side of the building from the accessibility drop-off/loading area.
