Virago Spirits specializes in classically inspired, creatively interpreted spirits, focusing on rum, gin, brandy, and herbal liqueurs. Our production philosophy blends a deep respect for time-honored, traditional production techniques with New World creativity, ingenuity and innovation.
Visit our tasting room featuring a rotating cocktail menu and a cozy lounge seating 25 with fireplace and a view of the distillery’s vintage Charentais-style alembic still. Local artist Emily Herr painted a 360 degree mural inspired by the meaning of “virago” - a latin term for an exceptional woman of character. In addition to cocktail and tasting flights, bottles and other merchandise are available for purchase.
Distillery hours are Thursday, 3 p.m. - 7 p.m., Friday and Saturday, 3 p.m. - 9 p.m., and Sunday, 12 p.m. - 5 p.m.
